Torque Rheometer Simulation System
The main control unit of the torque rheometer, with each functional unit, can be freely combined into a number of laboratory-sized full-featured production simulation systems according to the production process requirements of polymer materials to simulate the actual production and processing of polymer materials. Such as polymer formulation, blending, extrusion product molding, online detection and other integrated production process simulation system. It is composed of measurement and control host, parallel twin-screw extrusion platform (with multiple volume feeding methods), melt pump, product forming machine (e. g. calender, casting machine, film blowing machine, cable coating machine, granulator, etc.), with online detection equipment to realize integrated simulation of production process.
Laboratory Calendering Experimental Unit
Laboratory calender unit: It is composed of measurement and control host with conical twin-screw extruder or single-screw extruder, calender forming machine, traction coiler and online detection system. The equipment adopts precision extrusion and high-performance calendering technology, suitable for PE, PP, PS, ABS, PVC, PET, PC and other polymer materials calendering film molding. Equipped with a vision system, it can realize the integrated simulation of production process such as calendered film forming and online detection of polymer materials in the laboratory. It is an ideal experimental equipment for high-precision and high-performance film forming.
