Ultraviolet irradiation cable cross-linking equipment process is to use ultraviolet light as radiation source, the blended optical cross-linking polyolefin ingredients are extruded and coated on the conductor core, and then immediately into the special irradiation equipment for melt light cross-linking. Optically crosslinked polyolefin insulated wires and cables can be obtained through cooling treatment at different temperatures and other subsequent processing. Ultraviolet irradiation cable cross-linking equipment only needs to be slightly changed in the original ordinary extrusion production line, and can meet the use requirements by placing a small area of upper traction, irradiation box, electrical control cabinet and so on. Ultraviolet irradiation cross-linked polyethylene wire and cable products can be produced. Ultraviolet irradiation cable cross-linking equipment is mainly composed of four parts: irradiation main cabinet, intake/exhaust fan unit, control cabinet and power supply cabinet of lamp source.
